Cold brew lets your coffee retain delicate flavours while eliminating bitter acids and oils which are the result of brewing in high temperatures. The high-quality permanent filter guarantees the clarity of your coffee. All you need to do to brew your delicious full-bodied coffee: - grind your favourite coffee and pour it into the filter (approx. 5g of coffee for every 100 ml of water) - place the filter in the carafe - pour the coffee over with cold water - put it in the fridge for 12 - 36 hours depending on your preference - remove the filter and enjoy the taste of delicious coffee Capacity: 1L
An elegant and effective way to produce quality cold-brewed coffee at home. What's great about cold brew? It's rich, smooth and contains less than half the acids of traditional hot brew methods. The Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot is also simple to use.
Instructions:
- Add approximately 80 grams of ground coffee to 1100ml of water
- Steep the grounds in the internal permanent filter for 8-12 hours
- Combine cold brew with water and enjoy over ice - with milk or black. It's a great summertime cooler!
